Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Fitter:

• Passed 10th class examination under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
  • Technical Qualification: Passed ITI exam in the Fitter trade.

• Plumber:

• Passed 10th class examination under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
  • Technical Qualification: Passed ITI exam in the Plumber trade.

• Electrician:

• Passed 10th class examination under the 10+2 system or its equivalent.
  • Technical Qualification: Passed ITI exam in the Electrician trade.

• Welder (Gas and Electric):

• Passed 8th class examination under the 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
  • Technical Qualification: Passed ITI exam in Welder (Gas & Electric) trade.

Age Limit: The candidate should be a maximum of 21 years old as of the cut-off date. A relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates, and 3 years for OBC candidates in the upper age limit as per government guidelines.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit, considering marks obtained in ITI and 10th. A weightage of 40% will be given to marks scored in the relevant trade in ITI, and a weightage of 60% will be given to marks scored in the 10th board. In case of a tie, the candidate with a higher age will be considered.

How to Apply:

STEP 1 – Apprenticeship Registration: Candidates must register for apprenticeship on the Government of India portal . Choose “Establishment Search” and select Hindustan Copper Limited, Taloja Copper Project. The unique number generated must be entered in Step 2 for the application to be considered.

STEP 2 – On-line Submission of Application: Submit applications online through the Company’s website . Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and apply for only one trade. Multiple applications will not be accepted.
