National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) is inviting applications for the recruitment of 03 positions including Project Scientist-B (Nutrition), Project Junior Research Fellow, and Project Programmer. National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) has announced vacancies for various posts and invites applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Project Scientist-B (Nutrition):

1. Essential Qualifications: 1st Class Master’s Degree in Nutrition / Food & Nutrition / Applied Nutrition / Sports Nutrition / Home Science / Public Health from a recognized university OR 2nd class Master’s degree with Ph.D. in the mentioned subjects from a recognized University.
2. Desirable: Knowledge and Experience of organizing webinars and community education programs, research experience in Community Nutrition or Public Health Nutrition, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

2. Project Junior Research Fellow:

2. Essential Qualifications: Masters in Nutrition / Food & Nutrition / Home science / Applied Nutrition / Food Technology with NET qualification through UGC-NET or other national-level examinations.
3. Desirable: Knowledge on data collection.

3. Project Programmer:

3. Essential Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E (Computer Science & Engineering / Information technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering) with at least one year of experience in Developing Web Applications.
4. Desirable: Experience in web development technologies like HTML5 / CSS3/ JavaScript (ES6)/ Bootstrap 4 & 5, strong knowledge in OOP JavaScript, React JS, hands-on experience in Git version control.

Age Limit:

1. Project Scientist-B (Nutrition) – Not exceeding 35 years
2. Project Junior Research Fellow – Not exceeding 35 years
3. Project Programmer – Not exceeding 30 years

Salary Details:

1. Project Scientist-B (Nutrition) – Rs.55,000/- per month
2. Project Junior Research Fellow – Rs.39,370/- per month
3. Project Programmer – Rs.35,000/- per month

Selection Process:

NIN will conduct a Walk-in Interview for the selection of candidates.
