Description About the Job
Internship is an opportunity for students to work directly experience under the guidance of a qualified and experienced advisor.
It also aims Engage in learning through experimentation and practice knowledge learned in class.
These “trainees” must be fully exposed to various technology flows and other units in UIDAI’s headquarters, technology center and regional offices and should work in application development,
legal areas (such as network/computer law) and general management.
For the “Interns” exhibition for the operation of UIDAI & the technologies applied will be a beneficial addition to their future career prospects in the niche technology field, legal field, management, etc. areas as appropriate.
Eligibility For this Job
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply under this policy.
Honest student of any accredited university/institution in India or abroad, meet the following conditions.
Eligibility conditions to apply for internship:
3rd grade students
4th year (Final or pre-finalist) in the B.Tech/BE course of all
discipline and achieve a minimum of 60% (GPA 6.0) in all previous semesters
exam.
b. Graduates who have completed/appeared in the first-year final semester exam/2
1st semester of graduate program or pursuing research/doctoral and guaranteed
no less than 60% or equivalent on graduation.
Compared to Students who showed up for final exams or just finished
Graduate/PG and awaiting admission to graduate school or employment is also possible
be considered for an internship provided that
I. They have achieved 60% or more cumulative points in all years/ semesters of their degree/after graduation until the date of application.
Monday. The period between the month of publication of the final exam results and the month of the desired internship month should not exceed six months,
e.g. if the result is announced in June then he/she can apply for the internship starting until December.
How to Apply
Interested and eligible students should apply online (UIDAI website) only, when approved notification.
Until there is an online application facility, potential candidates can apply UIDAI RO / Technology Center / Head Office Departments according to the prescribed form in accordance
Appendix-X (contains the name of the relevant DD and postal address).
Applicants applying for a one-year internship must apply within 6 months from the date of
complete the final exam as mentioned in paragraph of this guide.
The application must be sponsored/transferred by the institution where the applicant is attending currently registered, in the specified format.
Selected candidates may be invited to apply by the regional office/department copy of their
NOC from the Head of Department/Principal for sufficient time before vertical managers issue job offers. It must also be indicated in
CNP that the student will not be enrolled in a course that requires his presence in class during the internship.
Technology Center / Regional Office / Department must have obtained the original NOC issued by the university/institution at the time of joining
candidate and also check his eligibility from the original documents.
if only difference is noted, the applicant’s application will be canceled by UIDAI.
Selection Process
The selection of interns will be based on the recommendations of the Selection Committee.
The committee was established by the relevant DDG of the RO/Technology Center/Hqrs Department
subject and with the approval of the competent authority of UIDAI
For the selection of interns, a personal or virtual interview may be conducted, if deemed to be
necessary and the TA/DA will not be paid to attend a personal interview.
Decision of the relevant DGA at the head of the respective office (Technical Center/Region
office/headquarters department) about the candidate’s suitability as an intern should
is final and enforceable.
