Receptionist at the front desk.

Organize trips and schedule appointments according to the route of all partners
Responsible for operating the telephone exchange, receiving and transferring calls
Greet guests and escort them to the appropriate office or person
Organize and distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing mail
Operate and maintain office machinery including printers, copiers and fax machines
Monitor and replenish stationery. Required Qualifications – Applicants must be at least grade 12.
