• Respond to incoming calls from customers and enter data from any customer care channel into the ticket system.
• Verify the accuracy of all caller information, including address details, and ensure that reported incidents are covered by contract. If there is no contract, obtain the customer’s cost agreement.
• Engage with customers to better understand reported concerns and provide assistance according to the solution tree and knowledge base procedures to identify and resolve issues (e.g., password resets, software configuration, etc.).
• Utilize remote tools to examine, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
• Escalate problems according to the defined protocol and inform the client about the next steps when a resolution is unsuccessful.
• Keep track of the Universal Work Queue (UWQ) and revise allocated tasks, making necessary updates to tickets to reflect changes (e.g., cancellations, additional information).

Selection Process Criteria:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location, and qualification. This will be followed by a personal interview, which can be conducted either face-to-face or telephonically.

Job Description – Position Overview:

As a proactive user helpdesk service provider, the position involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, performing software distribution, updating tickets, and ensuring effective communication with customers. Various tools and resources, including remote tools, are utilized to accomplish tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and transform information from any customer service channel into the ticket system.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Recommended minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment.
• Native Speaker quality in the required local language/primary language.
• English language skills are also required.
• PC literacy, especially proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package.
• Willingness to work in shift models based on customer requirements.
• Preferred industry know-how.
• Strong communication, teamwork, process, and customer-oriented skills, particularly when interacting in a friendly and kind manner over the phone.
