Roles and Responsibilities For this Job
Handle customer inquiries mainly via web chat.
Inform current and potential customers about products and services.
You must be ready to handle escalations and customer calls if the need persists.
Achieve KPIs and goals at the cadence set by the team. Customize the chat conversation.
Be an active and responsible member of the team in all aspects of the job.
Strong problem solving ability – Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation
Strong in Data analytics – Candidate should be proficient in Data Analysis. Should be highly proficient in Excel; Knowledge of statistics is preferred.
Highly Action Oriented – Full Creative as a culture has a strong bias for action and speed of implementation. A data analyst will need to own projects from conceptualization to execution
Orientation / past background in Data Engineering is preferred, not mandatory.
Workspace Requirement For this Job
- Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
- Ready for Video calls at all times. Video calls are an integral part of maintaining the human connection while working from Anywhere.
- Good Internet speed (Above 50 MBPS Download and Upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN).

- 0-2 years of experience in chat or customer facing roles.
- Exceptional grammar and communication skills.
