The candidate must also have worked as a head of operations for a minimum period of 2 years in an integrated pulp and paper plant that has a high-speed paper machine producing printing and writing grade paper. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and operation of three paper machines, paper converting, and finishing section.
Moreover, the candidate should possess adequate knowledge on QCS, DCS, and Automation systems of the latest generation high-speed paper machines. Candidates who meet the required criteria and demonstrate exceptional skills may be considered for relaxation in age and experience up to 2 years.
The Deputy General Manager (R&D) is another critical role responsible for research and development, process control, product development, and quality control functions in large integrated Pulp and Paper Mill. Candidates applying for this position must possess an M.Sc. in Chemistry or a First Class Full Time B.E./B.Tech in Pulp and Paper Technology, or a full-time Science Degree with a First Class Full Time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 26 years of post-qualification experience as of 01/02/2023 in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development, and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill, or in a Research Institute/University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology.
