Call to apply for the position of Contributor/Process Developer – Payment Source
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving billing issues and providing technical support for all STP related queries.
You will be the first point of contact for all requesters and suppliers to resolve their inquiries regarding claims, invoices and payments.
You will be responsible for researching and resolving inquiries related to procurement, invoice processing and payments.
Monitor customer interactions in a timely manner.
Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns.
Finally, act on the feedback provided
Responsibility
Validate invoices, handle exceptions and handle them in ERP
Resolve Invoice Mismatch Issues – Collaborate with APs, Businesses & Vendors
Vendors track and expedite settlement of blocked bills and outstanding balances
Verify/reconcile supplier accounts
Coordinating suppliers to resolve order, invoice and payment issues
Make and receive calls from requesters and suppliers and resolve their queries
Respond to user and supplier queries through the ticketing tool
Coordinate with vendor setup team to create new/update existing vendors
Publish daily productivity/aging reports for Enterprise
Update SOPs and track exceptions as needed level
Minimum qualification
Any bachelor’s degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Diploma
Good at verbal and written communication.
Email communication is required.
The ability to perform basic duty rules.
Detail oriented and should have the right attitude the first time.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools and good processing speed – mainly excel.
Ability to fluently present and interpret procurement and accounts payable requirements to end users and suppliers.
Overall customer management skills and experience on any ERP system, including any ticketing tool, would be an added advantage.
SAP/Ariba experience would be an advantage.
Must be willing to work the night shift.
