HPCL is inviting applications for the following positions:

Graduate Apprentices (Engineering):

• Civil
• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Chemical
• Electrical & Electronics
• Electronics & Telecommunication
• Instrumentation
• Computer Science/ IT
• Petroleum Engineering

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
• Candidates must be registered and approved on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal and by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) for consideration.
• Engineering Graduates in various streams are eligible, provided they completed their engineering graduation after 01-04-2021. Candidates who completed engineering before 01-04-2021 are not eligible.
• General/OBC-NC/EWS category candidates must have a 60% aggregate, while SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH) candidates must have a 50% aggregate in all years/semesters of the qualifying examination.

Age Limit:

• Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as of 03-01-2024.
• Maximum age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD (VH/HH/OH) candidates.

Monthly Stipend:

• Graduate Apprentices: Rs. 25,000/- for Engineering Graduates

Selection Process:

• Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for an interview based on the category-wise and position-wise merit list, as per cut-off marks decided by HPCL. The interview is tentatively scheduled for January/February 2024.
• An All India merit list will be prepared based on academic results and interview scores.

Final Offer and Medical Test:

• The final offer for Apprenticeship Training is subject to clearing the medical test as per HPCL standards and submission of all required documents/certificates, including proof of age, qualifications, caste, medical certificate of PwBD, and medical fitness.
