Indian Bank is seeking applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As of November 1, 2023)

1. Civil Engineer –

1. Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2. Eligibility and Experience:

1. Level-1: Minimum 2 years’ experience after graduation in the Civil Engineering field
2. Level-2: Minimum 5 years’ experience after graduation in the Civil Engineering field

1. Age Limit: (As of November 1, 2023)

1. Civil Engineer (Level 1) – Minimum Age 23 years, Maximum Age 28 years
2. Civil Engineer (Level 2) – Minimum Age 26 years, Maximum Age 33 years

1. Candidates’ Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Refer to the Indian Bank official Notification 2024 for more details.

Salary Details:

• Negotiable – CTC based pay structure with Fixed pay and Variable pay to be determined by the Compensation Committee.
• Maximum CTC for Level 1: Rs 9.00 Lakhs / annum
• Maximum CTC for Level 2: Rs 12.00 Lakhs / annum
• Variable Pay, over and above the fixed salary, linked to achieving specific targets, will be payable quarterly. The fixed pay and variable pay will be in the ratio of 80:20 of the CTC.

Selection Process:

• The selection process may involve multiple rounds of screening followed by interviews and other processes such as written tests, group discussions, psychometric tests, presentations, etc., as decided by the Bank.

• For all other Candidates: Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of GST)
