Description About the Job
Intecrowd India, founded by former Workday clients, places great importance on partnership and engagement as fundamental elements of our business. Leveraging our extensive functional and technical expertise throughout all stages of Workday’s deployment life cycle, we excel in identifying the most efficient integration designs and implementing rapid deployment strategies. Our focus is on developing sustainable solutions and offering support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.
As an Integration Consultant at Intecrowd India, you will be at the forefront of numerous mission-critical company initiatives. Our team embraces the challenge of designing, developing, and re-engineering highly intricate application components, as well as integrating software packages using a variety of tools. Your role will involve employing a combination of consultative skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to seamlessly integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environments, ultimately achieving tangible business outcomes.
As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will collaborate closely with your team members and interact with our product leads, all while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely. This remote position can be based anywhere within India to fulfill the required responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in and/or leading specific Workday integration projects.
- Working independently with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
- Operating in an open environment that encourages and values creativity.
- Staying up to date with emerging trends in areas relevant to Workday.
- Collaborating with functional teams and third-party vendors for discovery and design sessions, as necessary.
- Designing and implementing various types of integrations, such as EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, and Studio.
- Designing and developing complex reports using BIRT.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of one or more functional modules within Workday.
- Possessing certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Studio (desirable).
- Writing technical design specifications.
- Conducting end-to-end testing of integrations.
- Engaging independently with third-party vendors when required.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and/or Studio (one or more).
- Expertise in Workday integration skills, including CCW, PECI, and PICOF.
- Exposure to PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Studio.
- Demonstrated communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
