The candidate should currently be working for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below the post (E-5) in the scale of pay of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- (IDA) or Level 13 – 1,23,100-2,15,900/- (CDA) if working in Government/PSU or otherwise drawing a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 28 Lacs for the last 2 years, if working in a private sector Company/Bank.

The candidate should have experience in overall execution & monitoring of Multi-disciplinary large value Projects independently in sectors such as residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, highways, railways, and infrastructure. The candidate should have a thorough knowledge of various tender formats, including CPWD, FIDIC conditions, etc. They should also be well conversant with the preparation of Project budgets, cash flow, etc. The candidate shall possess the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and should be able to handle Division/Region independently.

They shall possess knowledge of PPP projects and preparation of presentations for management. They should have handled matters that are normally associated with senior positions like Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Arbitration, Claims & Liaison work with Govt. Departments/Ministries. Candidates having proficiency in the use of Computers will be preferred.

  1. Addl. General Manager (Corporate Communication)

The Addl. General Manager (Corporate Communication) position requires a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/ Advertising & Public Relations of two years from a Government-recognized Institute/University. The essential post-qualification experience for this role is a total of 12 years. The candidate should currently be working for a minimum period of 02 years in one step below the post (E-4) in the scale of pay of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA) or Level 12 Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200/- (CDA) if working in Government/PSU or otherwise drawing a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 25 Lacs for the last 2 years, if working in a private sector Company/Bank.

The candidate should have experience in corporate imaging in the public domain, in-house communication, designing and production of newsletters/other publications, media management. In-depth knowledge of print and electronic mass media as well as advertising is a must-have. The candidate should have excellent command in English – both written and spoken. Candidates having knowledge and proficiency in the use of computers will be preferred.
