System Administrator
A System Administrator is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing servers, applications, and systems. The educational qualifications required for this role are a B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/ BCA/ BSc (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) or equivalent with 3 years of experience in system administration. Alternatively, candidates with a 3-year Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with 5 years of experience can also apply.
Candidates must have experience working in a corporate environment supporting L2, L3 Switches, Network Firewall, Wireless APs, and proxy systems. They must have a general knowledge of networking, hardware, software, DNS, firewalls, and load balancers, VPN and SSL technologies. Candidates must have a strong knowledge and administration experience in Apache/Nginx and MySQL/ MariaDB.
They should also have experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and services such as OS level concerns, web server, database server, applications server, and mail including Apache/Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, SSH, and DNS. Knowledge of Moodle LMS, Big Blue Button Conferencing tool, 389DS, and basic Windows Server Administration will be an added advantage.
Candidates must also have knowledge of backup/recovery/upgrade procedures and configuration tuning. Additionally, knowledge of scripting (bash, Perl, Python, etc.) for system administration is desirable.
Office Executive
An Office Executive is responsible for managing HR and recruitment activities, administrative work, handling official communication, managing RTI, grievances & queries, and file management. The educational qualifications required for this role are a Post Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment activity OR a Graduate with high-end relevant experience in HR and recruitment activity. Proficiency in data processing/IT tools is also required.
Candidates must have administrative work experience, be able to handle official communication independently, manage RTI, grievances & queries, and file management. They must have good communication skills, preferably in English and Hindi, and have excellent public relations skills.
