Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager (Technology):

• Assisting in the development and implementation of technological programs for MSME development.
• Providing technical guidance and support to small businesses to enhance their productivity and competitiveness.
• Evaluating and recommending proposals for technology-related schemes and initiatives.
• Monitoring and analyzing the impact of NSIC’s technology interventions in the MSME sector.
• Participating in research and development activities related to technology for the benefit of small businesses.
• Liaising with government agencies, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to promote technology adoption in the MSME sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Academic Qualification: First-class four-year B.E. / B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 60% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science & Engineering/IT, or a combination from a recognized university or institution.
• GATE Qualification: Only GATE-qualified applicants can apply. The latest valid GATE score (not older than two years) will be considered.
• Age Limit: 28 years as of December 27th, 2024. Age relaxation applies for reserved categories: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (Gen/EWS) (10 years), PwBD (SC/ST) (15 years), PwBD (OBC) (13 years).

Selection Process:

• Shortlisting of candidates will be based on GATE score.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
