What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for energetic and proactive Lead Generation Associates proficient in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi with a decent command of English. Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in one of the mentioned languages.
- A structured approach to creating sales pipelines, follow-ups, and prioritizing tasks.
- A sales-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate career opportunities to students, generating sales-qualified leads.
- A strong drive to meet and exceed targets within given timelines.
- An eagerness to excel in a dynamic startup culture.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Presales Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving NxtWave’s growth by engaging with prospective learners and converting leads effectively. Your key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the presales process.
- Managing the entire sales qualification process (cold calling, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and management).
- Maintaining a well-organized database and providing insightful feedback regarding lead quality.
- Consistently striving to meet weekly and monthly goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives.
- Incentives based on performance and target achievement.
Languages Required:
- Native speakers of Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
Work Location & Schedule:
- Work From Home (WFH) position.
- Flexibility to travel to the office when required.
- 6-day work week.
