Position Summary: Optimizing Customer Communication Channels as CRM Executive

As a CRM Executive, you will assume a crucial role in maximizing the effectiveness of our customer communication channels, specifically focusing on email, push notifications, and SMS. Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management: In this role, you will meticulously plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns utilizing Emarsys, ensuring active engagement and retention of customers. Analyzing campaign performance metrics will be integral to providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

2. Segmentation and Personalization: Leveraging Emarsys features, you will create customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics. Your responsibility will extend to implementing personalized communication strategies that significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

3. Data Analysis: A critical aspect of this role involves monitoring and analyzing CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and opportunities for improvement. You will generate regular reports on CRM and Emarsys performance, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

4. Automation: Your role will also include implementing automation workflows using Emarsys to streamline repetitive tasks, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency. Continuous optimization and refinement of these automation processes will be essential to staying ahead of industry standards.

5. Email Marketing: Taking the lead in email marketing efforts, your duties will encompass planning, designing, executing, and analyzing email campaigns. The focus will be on optimizing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
