POWERGRID is currently inviting applications for the following Officer Trainee positions:

• Officer Trainee (Environment Management): (14 Posts)
• Officer Trainee (Social Management): (15 Posts)
• Officer Trainee (HR): (35 Posts)
• Officer Trainee (PR): (7 Posts)
• CTUIL – Officer Trainee (HR): (2 Posts) (CTUIL stands for Central Tribal Utility of India Limited)

Do you have the qualifications?

Educational Qualifications:

Each position has specific educational requirements. Here’s a breakdown:

• Officer Trainee (Environment Management):
  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or Environmental Engineering with a First Class from a recognized institution.
• Officer Trainee (Social Management):
  • Master’s degree in Social Work with a First Class from a recognized institution.
• Officer Trainee (HR):
  • Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, etc., with at least 60% marks.
• Officer Trainee (PR):
  • Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism with 60% marks.
• CTUIL – Officer Trainee (HR):
  • Similar qualifications as Officer Trainee (HR)

Valid UGC NET Score (December 2024):

In addition to meeting the educational qualifications, you must also have a valid score in the UGC NET exam (December 2024) for the corresponding subject:

• Officer Trainee (HR): Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, etc. (Paper Code 55)
• Officer Trainee (Environment Management): Environment Science (Paper Code 89)
• Officer Trainee (Social Management): Social Work (Paper Code 10)
• Officer Trainee (PR): Mass Communication & Journalism (Paper Code 63)

Age Limit:
