Roles and Responsibilities – The duties and responsibilities of this position are mentioned below.
Provide a proactive interface between HR and Workday client teams to ensure efficient coordination and delivery of Workday deployments.
Identify customer improvement opportunities for existing and new features introduced in new Workday releases
Supports all components of the deployment including data collection workbook assembly as well as system and UAT testing.
Test business processes and Workday configurations to ensure maximum system output. Ensure data and system integrity.
Provide end-user training, help develop and maintain Workday training materials and standard operating procedures, and provide user support.
Assist end users in their use of various Workday applications. Write, manage, and support a variety of standard and custom reports and queries.
Investigate and resolve HCM issues, unexpected outcomes, and error handling.
Troubleshoot setup and report business days to identify and fix the root cause.
Develop operating procedures, instructions and documentation. Participate in the development and delivery of new Workday features and functionality.
Collaborate with other organizations in the Workday community to share knowledge and create and/or adhere to industry best practices.
Criteria for selection process
