IDBI Bank Executive Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As of May 1, 2023)

i. The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university. A diploma course alone will not be considered sufficient to meet the eligibility criteria. The university must be recognized/approved by the Government or Government Bodies such as AICTE and UGC.

ii. Candidates must possess valid mark sheets (year/semester-wise or consolidated) and a degree/provisional degree certificate issued by the university, indicating their graduation status before May 1, 2023. The date mentioned on the final year/semester mark sheet or degree/provisional degree certificate will be considered as the date of passing the graduation. If the university posts the result of a particular examination on their website and issues a web-based certificate, the candidate must provide the original document/certificate signed by the appropriate university authority, clearly indicating the date of passing. Candidates must ensure they possess the necessary mark sheets and certificates before registering.

Age Limit: (As of May 1, 2023)

1. Executive – Minimum: 20 years, Maximum: 25 years

The candidate must have been born between May 2, 1998, and May 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).

The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWDs and 13 years for OBC PWDs), and as per the rules of the Government of India. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive relaxation in the upper age limit as per government rules. Please refer to the official IDBI Bank Notification 2023 for more details.

Emoluments, Career Prospects, and Service Conditions:

The appointment of an Executive will be purely on a contractual basis. Initially, the contract will be for a period of 1 year and may be extended on a year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies at the relevant time, and meeting other criteria. Upon successful completion of 3 years of contractual service, such appointees will become eligible for the position of Assistant Manager (Grade A) in the Bank through a selection process conducted by the Bank. The appointment as Grade A will be based on the prevailing policy of the Bank and the availability of vacancies at the relevant time. As of the date of this advertisement, the Executive will receive the following lump sum/fixed remuneration:

Consolidated remuneration:

• Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year
• Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
• Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service

IDBI Bank Executive Selection Process 2023:

IDBI Bank will follow the following process to select candidates:

1. Online Test (OT)
2. Document Verification (DV) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)

The Online Test (OT) will be conducted at various centers, including but not limited to Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Belgaum, Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Delhi-NCR, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kochi, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Greater Mumbai/Thane, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Rajkot, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, etc. (Please refer to Annexure II for the complete list).

Application Fee/Exam Fee for IDBI Bank Executive:

a) The payment should be made online only as follows:

• Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates (Only Intimation Charges)
• Rs.1000/- for all other candidates (Application Fees and Intimation Charges)

b) Bank transaction charges/convenience charges or any other applicable charges for online payment of application fees/intimation charges will be borne by the candidate.
