Available Seats and Job Vacancies:

1. Position: Associate-Infrastructure Management

Salary: The selected candidates for the Associate-Infrastructure Management position will receive an annual salary of approximately Rs 4,80,000.

Qualification/Educational Requirements: Candidates applying for the Associate-Infrastructure Management position should possess a bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Age Limit: The minimum age requirement for Sutherland recruitment is 18 years, and there is no upper age limit. Please refer to the detailed notification for more information regarding age criteria.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat, seven days a week.
• Handle production requests and resolve problems within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Diagnose and resolve storage hardware issues with NetApp.
• Possess advanced knowledge of Data ONTAP concepts, including NetApp FAS series (7 & C Mode) and E series.
• Demonstrate expertise in high availability and clustering.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing software.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location, and qualification. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited for a personal interview, which can be conducted face-to-face or telephonically. Please note that it may take up to one month to receive a response from the recruiters.
