Roles and responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries primarily through web chat.

Educate current and potential customers about products and services.

Must be prepared to handle escalations and customer calls as demand continues.

Achieve KPIs and goals at the pace set by the team. Establish a connection/rapport to personalize the conversation.

Be an active and responsible member of the team in all aspects of work.

 
Work space requirements

Private office with comfortable space to handle calls.

Ready for video calls at any time. Video calls are an indispensable part of maintaining human connection while working anywhere.

Good Internet speed (upload and download over 50 Mbps) with network connectivity (LAN).

Backup power source (if you experience frequent power outages).

1-2 years of experience in a chat or customer-facing role.
