About the role:

PhonePe is actively seeking specialists for its Inhouse Customer Experience team. Specialists in this role are primarily responsible for resolving customer issues and continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance their experience.

Key responsibilities include handling PhonePe account and transaction-related queries, utilizing both phone and data channels, adhering to specified process guidelines for issue resolution, building customer trust, meeting productivity goals, leveraging internal resources for resolutions, escalating issues as needed, suggesting process improvements, and educating customers to maximize their use of PhonePe.

Ideal candidates for this role should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong aptitude for learning, active listening abilities, a customer-centric approach, adaptability in various scenarios, teamwork, flexibility, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in both English and Hindi.

A mandatory requirement is a graduation degree (10+2+3), along with 0-2 years of prior customer-facing work experience. Multilingual skills in South Indian languages are preferred.
