•  Should hold an Engineering degree from a recognized university in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Communication, Power Engineering, or Power Electronics with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. OR Equivalent qualification in any of the above disciplines recognized by the Institutes of Engineers (India) as exempted from section ‘A’ and ‘B’ and their associate membership examination (AMIE).

Age Limit:

• General Duty (GD): 21-25 years as of 01 Jul 2024, born between 01 Jul 1999 & 30 Jun 2003 (Both dates inclusive). (05 Years relaxation for personnel serving in Coast Guard or equivalent personnel in Army/Navy/Air Force)
• Technical (Mechanical): 21-25 years as of 01 Jul 2024, born between 01 Jul 1999 & 30 Jun 2003 (Both dates inclusive). (05 Years relaxation for personnel serving in Coast Guard)
• Technical (Electrical/Electronics): 21-25 years as of 01 Jul 2024, born between 01 Jul 1999 & 30 Jun 2003 (Both dates inclusive). (05 Years relaxation for personnel serving in Coast Guard)

Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates are applicable only if the posts are reserved for them.

Salary Details:

1. General Duty (GD): Rs. 56,100/-
2. Technical (Mechanical): Rs. 56,100/-
3. Technical (Electrical/Electronics): Rs. 56,100/-

Selection Process:

The selection process includes:

1. Stage-I (CGCAT) Computer Based Online Screening Test
2. Stage-II {Preliminary Selection Board (PSB)} Computerised Cognitive Battery Test (CCBT) and Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PP&DT)
3. Stage-III Final Selection Board (FSB)
4. Stage-IV (Medical Examination)
5. Stage-V (Induction)

Application Fee:

All candidates (except SC/ST candidates) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 300/- through online mode.
