Eligibility Criteria for IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment

Age Relaxation: Certain categories are eligible for age relaxation:
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons With Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen, including Emergency Commissioned Officers/Short Service Commissioned Officers with at least 5 years of military service: 5 years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
Career Prospects and Emoluments: During the training period of 6 months, Junior Assistant Managers will receive a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month, which increases to Rs. 15,000 per month during the internship period of 2 months. After successfully completing the PGDBF course and joining the bank’s services, the compensation (CTC) will range between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh per annum in Class A cities.
Programme Fees: The programme fees for this course amount to Rs. 3,00,000 plus GST, payable by students in installments as per a fixed schedule during the one-year programme. This includes course fees, lodging, boarding, and other applicable fees.
Selection Process: Candidates will undergo an online test followed by a personal interview. Examination centers in Tamil Nadu include Chennai, Coimbatore, Erode, Madurai, Nagercoil/Kanyakumari, Salem, Thanjavur, Thiruchirapalli, Tirunelvelli, Vellore, and Virudhunagar.
