2. ET-Electrical: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical/Electrical(Power)/Electrical & Electronics/Power Systems & High Voltage/Power Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
3. ET-Mechanical: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Mechanical & Automation Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
4. ET-Electronics & Instrumentation: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electronics & Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics Instrumentation & Control with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.

Age Limit: (As on 28.02.2024) The maximum age limit for candidates applying for any of the Engineer Trainee positions is 30 years.

Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC Candidates: 3 years
• PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) (Gen/EWS) Candidates: 10 years
• PwBD (SC/ST) Candidates: 15 years
• PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 years
