Eligibility Criteria:
1. Research Associate – Chemistry:
- Essential: Ph.D. in Chemistry or M.Sc in Chemistry with 3 years of research experience in Chemistry with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to those with exposure to Heterogeneous Catalysis.
2. Junior Research Fellow – Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering:
- Essential: Graduate degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in first division with NET/GATE or Postgraduate degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering (M.E./M.Tech.) in first division both at the graduate and postgraduate levels.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to those with exposure to LabVIEW software.
3. Junior Research Fellow – Chemistry:
- Essential: Postgraduate degree in Chemistry in first division at both graduate and postgraduate levels with NET/GATE.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to those with exposure to Chromatography and other related analytical tools.
4. Junior Research Fellow – Microbiology / Biotechnology:
- Essential: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc / M.Tech) in Microbiology / Biotechnology in first division at both graduate and postgraduate levels with NET/GATE.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to those with exposure to gene editing and related fields.
Age Limit:
- Research Associate – Not exceeding 35 years
- Junior Research Fellow – Not exceeding 28 years
Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:
- For SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- For OBC Candidates: 3 years
Salary Details:
- Research Associate – Rs. 67,000/- per month
- Junior Research Fellow – Rs. 37,000/- per month
Selection Process: The selection process for these positions will be through a Walk-in-interview.
