1. Educational Qualification: 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
2. Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
3. Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month + 18% HRA.

2. Project Associate-I (Post Code MSTD-4, MSTD-6, INC-3, MSTD-5, MSTD-8, MSTD-7):

2. Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Degree in Physics, Material Science, Polymer Science, Nanotechnology Electronics, or B.E/B.Tech in Material Science, Metallurgy/Nanotechnology from a recognized University or equivalent. For INC-3, Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Material Science is required.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
4. Salary: Rs. 31,000/- per month + 16-18% HRA, depending on qualifications.

3. Scientific Administrative Assistant (Post Code MSTD-3):

3. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent.
4. Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
5. Salary: Rs. 18,000/- per month + 18% HRA.

Selection Process:

The selection process involves a Walk-in Interview. Interested and eligible candidates should report to CSIR-NIIST, Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram, at 09.00 AM on the dates specified for each post code. Candidates arriving after 09.30 AM will not be entertained. Only candidates whose final results have been declared as of the date of the walk-in interview will be eligible to participate.
