Eligibility Criteria:

1. Sr. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency:

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential: Full-time B.E./B. Tech in electrical/mechanical/chemical engineering.
• Preferred:

• Full-time Postgraduate: ME/M. Tech/MBA in Power, Energy, or Energy Management.
• Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP).
• BEE Certified Energy Auditor (CEA).
• Basic understanding of business models/financial models/project financing.

Work Experience:

• Essential:

• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification executive experience in the industrial/commercial sector related to the energy efficiency segment.
• Prior experience in industrial energy efficiency applications such as utilities (Compressed air systems/Motors/pumps) or Waste Heat Recovery Systems or Industrial automation or industrial heating and cooling.
• Experience in project management in the energy sector and managing a team of experts working in multiple thematic areas.

• Preferred:

• Experience of working with PSUs, government agencies, multi and bilateral agency-funded projects/programs.
• Expertise in industrial technologies-related projects, business, and financial assessment of programs/projects.
• Knowledge of procurement, tendering, and contracting process requirements.
• Experience working with technology solution providers/ESCOs/energy auditing firms.

2. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency:

Educational Qualifications:

• Essential: Full-time B.E./B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Preferred:

• Postgraduate (Full Time): ME/M. Tech/MBA in Power, Energy, or Energy Management.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP/E-office.
• BEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Work Experience:

• Essential:

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification executive experience in the industrial & commercial energy efficiency sector and having prior experience working on industrial utility applications, Industrial automation, etc.
• Experience in working on projects related to energy efficiency.

• Preferred:

• Experience of working in PSUs, government agencies, multi and bilateral agency-funded programs.
• Experience in consultancy/industrial technologies-related projects/energy audits.
• Knowledge of procurement, tendering, and contracting processes and requirements.
• Prior experience of working with industries (Large/MSMEs).

Age Limit:

• Sr. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency: 47 years
• Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency: 37 years

Salary Details:

1. Sr. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency: Rs. 1.20 Lakhs + monthly reimbursements up to INR 5,000 for medical & telecom expenses at actuals.
2. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency: Rs. 50,000 per month + monthly reimbursements up to INR 3,000 for medical & telecom expenses at actuals.

Eligibility Criteria:

Sr. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency: Candidates should have a Full-time B.E./B. Tech in electrical/mechanical/chemical engineering. Additionally, preferred qualifications include a Full-time Postgraduate degree in ME/M. Tech/MBA in Power, Energy, or Energy Management, along with certifications such as CMVP and CEA. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of executive experience in the industrial/commercial sector related to energy efficiency. Experience in project management and knowledge of procurement processes are desirable.

Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency: Candidates should hold a Full-time B.E./B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. Postgraduate qualifications in Power, Energy, or Energy Management are preferred. Candidates should have at least 5 years of executive experience in the industrial & commercial energy efficiency sector, with knowledge of SAP/ERP/E-office and certification as a BEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM) being advantageous.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for Sr. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency is 47 years, while for Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency, it is 37 years.

Salary Details: Sr. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency will receive a salary of Rs. 1.20 Lakhs plus reimbursements for medical and telecom expenses. Technical Expert – Industrial Energy Efficiency will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 50,000 plus reimbursements for medical and telecom expenses.
