Current Openings:

• IT Staff (1 Position): This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the Erode OSC’s IT infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Residency: All applicants must be residents of Erode District.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • IT Staff: A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required. Alternatively, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Engineering or Application from a recognized university is acceptable.
  • Case Worker: A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management from a recognized university is mandatory. This position is open to female candidates only.
• Experience:
  • IT Staff: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an administrative setup related to violence against women issues, involving Government or Non-Government programs/projects.
  • Case Worker: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. Similar to the IT Staff position, experience working with violence against women issues in an administrative setup with Government/Non-Government programs/projects will be highly valued.

Salary and Benefits:

• IT Staff: This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 20,000/- per month.
• Case Worker: Caseworkers will receive a salary of Rs. 18,000/- per month.
