Internship Details

Candidate Background: The internship is designed for students currently pursuing a BTech/BE degree, with an expected graduation in 2025.

Internship Period: The internship duration is set at a minimum of 6 to 12 months, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a full-time role, contingent on performance reviews.

Monthly Stipend: Interns will receive a stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.

Internship Responsibilities

As an intern at Peakflo, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of projects and clients across various locations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Assist in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This involves planning, developing execution plans, and monitoring project progress.
  • Client and Team Collaboration: Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with the product delivery team, sales team, and client account managers. Your role will involve close collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow established processes to ensure the highest quality of delivery and documentation. This includes assisting with the creation and finalization of project documentation, securing client approvals, and ensuring that the promised value and ROI are delivered.
  • Implementation Support: Help manage project implementation during the configuration and realization stages, working closely with the product team. You will also participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and assist in preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) at client sites as needed.
  • Customer Support: Provide support during the hypercare stage, assisting in the transfer of knowledge to the Customer Success Manager (CSM). You will also monitor and address any post-hypercare customer issues, coordinating with the operations team to resolve complaints.
