Serving Officers from the Indian Air Force (IAF) who hold the rank of Air Commodore or above, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in that rank, will also be considered.

Job Profile:

The General Manager (Quality) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all HAL operations. Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this prestigious position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Qualification: A degree in Engineering or Technology or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of 21 years of post-professional qualification experience is required. Candidates with a strong track record in quality management within the aerospace industry will be given preference. Alternatively, serving officers from the Indian Air Force (IAF) holding the rank of Air Commodore or above with at least three years of experience in the rank can also apply.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be below 54 years of age as on 10th September 2024.

Remuneration:

The selected candidate will receive an attractive compensation package commensurate with the role and responsibilities. The salary for the position of General Manager (Quality) is in the range of Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 2,80,000.

Selection Process:

The recruitment process will consist of two stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the information provided in the applications, a select group of candidates will be shortlisted for the next round.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to assess their technical expertise, leadership abilities, and overall suitability for the position.
