Eligibility Criteria:

• Group General Manager (Civil): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Group General Manager (IT): Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
• Group General Manager (Mechanical): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Group General Manager (ES&T): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Supply Engineering, or related fields.
• Group General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant
• Deputy General Manager (HR): Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDBA) in HR Management, Personnel Management, or related fields.

Experience (As on September 6th, 2024):

• Group General Manager (All Positions except HR): 23 Years
• Deputy General Manager (HR): 11 Years

Age Limit (As on September 6th, 2024):

• Group General Manager (All Positions): 53 Years
• Deputy General Manager (HR): 41 Years

Age relaxation is available for the following categories:

• Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) Candidates: 5 years
• Other Backward Classes (OBC) Candidates: 3 years
• Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) Candidates (General/EWS): 10 years

Salary Details:

All Group General Manager positions offer a salary scale of INR 1,20,000-2,80,000 per month. The Deputy General Manager (HR) position offers a salary scale of INR 70,000-2,00,000 per month.

Selection Process:

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited for an interview to assess their suitability for the role.
