Educational Qualification:
- All positions require a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Experience Profile:
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training/trainee period, if any) is mandatory. This experience must be gained in relevant sectors like Power, Steel, Refinery, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, or Cement.
- Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of site experience in Erection, Maintenance, or Commissioning specific to the applied discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, C&I, or Civil Construction) is crucial.
Age Limit:
- All applicants must be 40 years of age or younger as of the application deadline.
Compensation:
The selected candidates can expect a lucrative compensation package in the range of Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 2,00,000 per month.
