• Manager in Grade ‘B’ (General Stream) – Branch Offices (30 Posts): These positions are crucial for supporting SIDBI’s nationwide branch network in serving MSMEs.
• Manager in Grade ‘B’ (General Stream) – Specialized Verticals (5 Posts): SIDBI offers specialized support in Risk Management (RiMV) and Treasury & Resource Management (TRMV). These roles require expertise in their respective areas.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (As on August 31, 2024):

• Branch Offices: A Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory. However, a postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA/MMS/MS/PGDM), professional qualifications like CA, CFA, FRM, MCom, ICWA, or specialized degrees (MSc/MA in Maths, Statistics, Economics) are highly preferred. Additionally, certifications in Credit Management from IIBF or NISM are desirable.
• Risk Management Vertical (RiMV): A Graduate degree in any discipline is required. However, candidates with an MBA/PGDM/MMS/MS in Finance, MSc/MA (Maths/Statistics/Economics), or MSc in Risk Management will be given preference.
