• Diploma Trainee (Electrical) (DTE):
  • Minimum Qualification: Full-time regular 3-year diploma in relevant engineering disciplines: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems Engineering, Electrical (Power), or Power Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized technical board/institute with a minimum of 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.  
  • Salary: During training – Rs. 24,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,08,000/- (IDA); After successful completion of training – Rs. 25,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,17,500/- (IDA).
• Diploma Trainee (Civil) (DTC):
  • Minimum Qualification: Full-time regular 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized technical board/institute with a minimum of 70% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.  
  • Salary: Same as Diploma Trainee (Electrical)
• Junior Officer Trainee (HR) (JOT (HR)):
  • Minimum Qualification: Three-year full-time graduate regular degree (BBA/BBM/BBS or equivalent) from a recognized institute/university with a minimum of 60% marks for General/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates. Candidates with postgraduate degrees/diplomas or equivalent higher education qualifications are not eligible.
  • Salary: Same as Diploma Trainee (Electrical)
• Junior Officer Trainee (Finance & Accounts) (JOT (F&A)):
  • Minimum Qualification: Inter CA/Inter CMA candidates. Candidates with postgraduate degrees/diplomas, CA/CMA, or equivalent higher education qualifications are not eligible.
  • Salary: Same as Diploma Trainee (Electrical)
• Assistant Trainee (Finance & Accounts) (AT (F&A)):
  • Minimum Qualification: B.Com. with a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates and pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (qualification should be recognized in India and from a recognized university/institution). Candidates with postgraduate degrees/diplomas, CA/CMA, or equivalent higher education qualifications are not eligible.
  • Salary: During training – Rs. 21,500 – 3% – Rs. 74,000/- (IDA); After successful completion of training – Rs. 22,000 – 3% – Rs. 85,000/- (IDA).
