Job Opportunity: Customer Care Representative

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives who are passionate about delivering outstanding service. In this role, you will assist caregivers, clients, and patients by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients and caregivers with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Confirm appointments, send reminders, and handle scheduling adjustments as needed to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or personnel while ensuring timely follow-up to maintain a high level of service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system, documenting all interactions and services provided.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and enhance the overall experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and patient inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • A college degree is required.
  • Applicants must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring.
  • Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Experience in calendar management, including scheduling and rescheduling, is required.
  • Comfort with answering calls and addressing client inquiries is a must.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Familiarity with Hubstaff, a time-tracking application, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential.
  • Experience using any scheduling systems is highly beneficial.

Additional Skills and Experience (Preferred but Not Required)

  • A background in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations (MCO), and other insurance compliance regulations and policies is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software, such as WellSky, is a bonus.
  • Recruitment experience is beneficial but not a requirement.

Technical and Hardware Requirements

Candidates must ensure they meet the following technical specifications:

  • Hardware:
    • A primary computer with a minimum specification of Intel Core i5 or equivalent and 8 GB RAM or higher.
    • A backup computer with at least an Intel Core i3 processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Webcam and Audio:
    • A 720p HD webcam.
    • A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear communication.
  • Internet Connection:
    • A primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
