Job Description/Overview:

Press Ganey is looking for a Support Analyst to support our Tech India PG team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide product support for customer queries and requests.

Respond to service issues and work requests in a timely manner.

Monitor and participate in system trend analysis.

Support integration and deployment teams. level:

Entry level roles: 0-1 years of experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills
