Educational Qualification:

1. Project Engineers (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Civil / Chemical / Environment / Metallurgy) – Candidates must hold a First Class (60%) degree in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg (4 years) / Integrated M.E. / M.Tech. or equivalent in the relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Civil / Chemical / Environment / Metallurgy) from an AICTE approved Institute / University.
2. Project Officer (Business Development) – A First Class (60%) MBA (Marketing / Foreign Trade / Supply Chain Management) (2 years) or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Marketing / Sales & Marketing from Universities/ Institutions recognized by the Government.
3. Project Officer (Human Resource) – First Class (60%) in MBA / MSW / PG Diploma (2 years) or equivalent course in HR / PM & IR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Welfare / Social Work.
4. Project Officer (Finance) – CA / ICWA or course from AIMA recognized Institute / University or First Class (60%) in MBA (Finance) (2 Yrs) or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Discipline of 2 Years.
5. Project Diploma Assistant (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computers / Civil / Metallurgy / Chemical) – A 3-year Diploma or equivalent course in the relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computers / Civil / Metallurgy / Chemical) recognized by the State/ Central government.
6. Project Assistant (Finance) – Degree course in Commerce/ Business Administration (with Finance specialization) with a minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications or Pass in Intermediate with CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CS Inter (OR) Any degree in Science/ Economics with a 1-year diploma course in Financial Management with a minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications.
7. Project Assistant (Human Resource) – Degree in Business Administration, Social Welfare, PM&IR, Personnel Management, HR, Social Sciences with a minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications (OR) Any degree with a 1-year diploma course in PM, PM&IR, SW, T&D, HR, Labour Law with a minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications.
8. Project Trade Assistant (Fitter / Electronics / Electrician / Mechanical / Turner / Welder / Electro Plating / Computers / Mill Wright / Diesel Mechanic / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Plumber / Radio Mechanic) – ITI in the relevant discipline with NAC or equivalent recognized by the State/ Central Government.
9. Project Office Assistant – Diploma in Computers and Commercial Practice (DCCP)/ DCP course.

Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of ONE-YEAR (01) Post Qualification (Essential Qualification) Experience in the relevant Industry/ Office as of 14.02.2024.

Age Limit: (As of 14.02.2024)

1. Project Engineers / Officers – 28 Years.
2. Project Diploma Assistants / Assistants – 28 Years.
3. Project Trade Assistants/ Office Assistants – 28 Years.

The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. Refer to the BDL official Notification 2024 for more details.

Salary Details:

1. Project Engineers / Officers – During 1st Year: 30,000/-; 2nd Year (on extension only): 33,000/-; 3rd Year (on extension only): 36,000/-; 4th Year (on extension only): 39,000/-
2. Project Diploma Assistants / Assistants – During 1st Year: 25,000/-; 2nd Year (on extension only): 26,500/-; 3rd Year (on extension only): 28,000/-; 4th Year (on extension only): 29,500/-
3. Project Trade Assistants/ Office Assistants – During 1st Year: 23,000/-; 2nd Year (on extension only): 24,500/-; 3rd Year (on extension only): 26,000/-; 4th Year (on extension only): 27,500/-

Selection Process:

BDL may conduct a Walk-in Interview as part of the selection process.
