Description About the Job

The entire development journey will consist of two phases:
5 days SGDP (Sales care & development program)

4 weeks OJT (On-the-job Training)

1) SGDP (Sales Development and Training Program)

To get started, you’ll be enrolled in a 5-day sales training and development program. SGDP will be virtual (work from home) and will include theoretical aspects of the BYJU sales process.

You will become familiar with our organization, our products and how to interact with our customers. ● You will participate in a variety of activities during this period and you will be rigorously assessed in different time periods.
During this time, you will gain the knowledge, the foundation to practice your sales skills, and the feedback to improve your abilities from our experienced support team. These 5 days are fully invested in your education and no compensation will be provided during this period.
Registered candidates who successfully complete the SGDP stage will have the option to move on to the next stage, which is On-the-job Training (OJT).

OJT includes a 4 week training program which will take place in Bangalore, Jabalpur, Raipur and upon successful completion of this training the candidates will have the opportunity to join us as BYJU Business Development Associate.

2) OJT (on-the-job training)

The OJT phase will begin for applicants who have passed SGDP.
Candidates will have to generate income by applying theoretical knowledge gained in the first phase during the last 4 weeks of the OJT stage.
Upon completion of the FCE, all input and output codes will be closely monitored and reviewed to assess your eligibility to apply for the position of Business Development Associate (BDA). ) at BYJU`S. Only qualified interns are eligible to be offered a BDA. (With management approval).

The full role will be 6 days a week (Monday will be a day off). Evaluation metrics will include performance metrics, process compliance, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from managers/coachs and the HR team. Upon successful completion of the training, you are eligible to be offered the BDA – Internal Sales role at 8 LPA (5 fixed + 3 variable). You will only be able to start working in the proposed “role position” after joining the organization as a BDA

Allowance (ATP during OJT): INR 1250/week + INR 1250 One-time travel allowance during term

SUPPORT (ATP in OJT): 18,000 additional allowance to hit the target of 3 valid sales and 6 qualifying drives

CTC (BDA – certificate after training): INR 8,000,000 (fixed salary + 3 lakhs based on performance) for internal sales.
