Delivery and coordination support team facilitates the flow of information between different stakeholders (shippers/delivery service providers/station managers/customer service collaborators) and resolve any potential issues affecting customer experience and delivery performance.
SDS staff provide quick solutions to ongoing problems by researching and querying internal tools, making real-time decisions, and communicating effectively with stakeholders (by phone) or email).
