PROCESS EXECUTIVE – DATA

Online Analyst – CM

Degree: College (not including: BE/BTech/MCA) or high school graduate, if applicable in Geo

Mission: Stakeholders/Business Managers:

• Manage and help manage customer product support for customers who call/chat or email the Support Center.

• International customer support over the phone for voice processing (incoming and outgoing calls).

• Customer-to-customer products (Analytics, YouTube, etc.).

• Deliver efficient and timely service across teams to multiple clients They work closely with functional managers to define overall strategies and processes to increase efficiency and productivity in the process They work with the BD team to increase the range of services and add new clients.

• Create and manage risk and mitigation plans based on discussions with project stakeholders.

• They serve all customers through an account manager or in some cases, without any account manager involvement through various apps.

• Report to manager on performance status and any escalation.

Webpage:

Design and develop internet/intranet websites in the prescribed format, complying with the client’s requirements within the agreed time

Design marketing materials/presentations for clients according to prescribed brand guidelines according to agreed time and accuracy

Customer relationship management.

• Provide information, guide customers to update trackers, update necessary applications and tools, and notify SME and TL about new issues. Person/Group:

• Contribute and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions.

• Participate in and contribute to the organization’s activities.
