Job Overview:

This role will primarily focus on customer service and loan review at the outset. Ideal candidates should demonstrate exceptional flexibility in their scheduling and a willingness to go the extra mile to contribute to our business’s initial success.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Delivering efficient and friendly responses to customers through various communication channels (main responsibility).
• Credit Risk: Assessing loan applications for new Branch loan applicants, identifying and preventing fraudulent activities (main responsibility).
• Servicing & Collections: Proactively reaching out to borrowers who have missed payments.
• Product: Reporting customer feedback and IT issues to contribute to the enhancement of our product.
• Finance: Managing refunds, repayments, and other payment-related processes.
• General: Undertaking various administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of prior experience in customer service.
• A passionate commitment to our mission and serving our customers.
• Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Data-driven and analytically inclined, with a preference for a good understanding of Excel.
• Proficient typing speed (ideally above 45 words per minute).
• Ideal candidates should exhibit exceptional flexibility in their scheduling, including a willingness to work on weekends and occasionally on holidays.
