Job description :

You will be the face of Ditto interacting directly with our users.

You will understand their needs and recommend the policies or features that work best for them.

You will accompany our users on their insurance journey.

The means of interacting with customers will be through WhatsApp/Chat. Plus,

if you don’t have an insurance background, we have a rigorous two-month training program to get you up to speed.

Office work (12am – 9pm)
