FamPay is revolutionizing banking for teenagers in India as the country’s first neo-bank exclusively designed for this age group.

Job Responsibilities:

As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting remote KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications of customers through video calls.
• Adhering to regulatory guidelines and ensuring proper implementation of KYC procedures.
• Gathering and verifying customer information, including personal and financial details, by asking relevant questions.
• Reviewing customer documents to validate their authenticity.
• Accurately recording customer information in databases and systems.
• Assisting customers with queries and providing guidance throughout the video KYC process.
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential records of customer interactions.
• Ensuring data confidentiality and security.
• Escalating issues to management when necessary and following up with customers.
• Staying updated on changes in regulations and KYC processes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and any regional language.
• Fluency in Hindi and a regional language.
• Willingness to work night shifts and/or rotational day shifts (preferred).

9. Follow up with customers when necessary and escalate issues to management.
10. Stay updated on any changes to the rules and procedures governing KYC.
