The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is inviting applications for the following positions:

Position Details:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduation
2. Consistent first-class academic record.

Educational Qualification:

1. Assistant (Post Code: A1) – Essential Qualification:

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with proficiency in MS-Office and other computer-related tasks.
• Exceptional written and communication skills. Prior work experience is not mandatory.

Desirable/Preferable qualifications:

1. Graduation in any field. Candidates with a degree/diploma in material management, warehousing management, purchasing, logistics, or public procurement will be given preference.
2. At least 1 year of experience in procurement-related activities, store management, and accounting.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to GeM-related activities and inventory/stock management.
4. Experience in vendor/supplier selection, technology upgrades, and supply chain management.
5. Proficiency in managing material flow to ensure inventory maintenance, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.

2. Assistant (Post Code: A2) – Essential Qualification:

1. Graduation
2. Consistent first-class academic record.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and other computer-related tasks.
• Exceptional written and communication skills. Prior work experience is not mandatory.

Desirable/Preferable qualifications:

1. Degree in engineering.
2. At least 1 year of experience in planning, execution, or maintenance of electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering works.

3. Assistant (Post Code: A3) – Essential Qualification:

1. Graduation
2. Consistent first-class academic record.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with proficiency in MS-Office and other computer-related tasks.
• Exceptional written and communication skills. Prior work experience is not mandatory.

Desirable/Preferable qualifications:

1. Graduation in any field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in teaching, research, or project management.
3. Experience in managing educational programs or providing professional services to clients.
4. Exposure to digital marketing and social media.

Age Limit:

1. Assistant (Post Code: A1) – Maximum age of 35 years.
2. Assistant (Post Code: A2) – Maximum age of 35 years.
3. Assistant (Post Code: A3) – Maximum age of 35 years.

Candidates may be eligible for age relaxation as per government rules. Refer to the IIFT official Notification 2023 for more information.

Salary Details:

The salary for these positions is Rs. 30,000 per month, based on experience and other applicable emoluments.

Selection Process:

Only shortlisted candidates will receive email notifications to participate in the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade’s selection process.
