Job Description: Responsibilities:

1. Bookings: Manage offline hotel bookings, amendments, and cancellations for corporate clients.
2. Payments: Ensure timely payments to hotels, suppliers, and collections from clients.
3. Coordination: Demonstrate strong coordination abilities with internal employees and hotel suppliers.
4. Trackers: Update trackers for bookings, payments, and finance requirements.
5. Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of hotels, suppliers, and share management information system (MIS) reports with relevant teams.
6. Invoices: Collect invoices from hotels/suppliers and upload them to shared drives.
7. Meetings: Participate in internal team meetings and occasionally meet with hotels, suppliers, and clients.
8. Industry Networking: Attend hotel events and expand the professional network in the industry.

Requirements:

1. Graduate with proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi (neutral accent).
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
4. Preferred experience in the travel industry. IATA certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Required Skills: Communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, preference for candidates with experience in the travel industry.
