Your Impact The role entails the design, implementation, and change management of Performance Management Initiatives from scratch.
You will be responsible for analysing Performance Management data to generate insights and identify opportunities for improving the employee experience.
You will collaborate with the HR Leadership team on central HR Strategic Projects and coordinate with Business, HRBPs, Centers of Excellence and employees for successful completion of the identified initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Leading the conceptualization, design, and implementation of Performance Management and Central Strategic HR initiatives.
Providing guidance and support to Leadership teams, HRBPs, and employees on Performance Management philosophy, process, system and data.
Monitoring and updating the progress of all identified initiatives and regularly follow up with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Staying abreast of industry best practices and leveraging them.
Tracking and maintaining Performance Management database and insights. Skills Required At least one year of experience in human resources.
Proficiency in MS-Word, Ms-Excel and MS- Powerpoint. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills. Organized and efficient – Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Experience in stakeholder management. Experience in Performance Management implementation (preferred).
