NTPC Limited invites applications for the following posts:

Eligibility Criteria for NTPC Limited Assistant Chemist Trainees (ACT):

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Full Time/Regular M.Sc in Chemistry with at least 60% marks from a recognized Indian University/Institute recognized by the appropriate statutory authority. Final year/semester students who expect their results by 31.08.2023 can also apply. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates with pass marks in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply for the post.

Age Limit: Assistant Chemist Trainees (ACT): 27 years as of the last date of application. Candidates will receive relaxation in the upper age limit as per Government rules. Refer to the NTPC Limited official Notification 2023 for more details.

Remuneration for all Posts: Selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month, along with free bachelor accommodation and medical facilities for self, during the one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 30,000-120,000 at the basic pay of Rs. 30,000/- (EO Grade). Other benefits such as Dearness Allowance, perquisites and allowances, terminal benefits, etc., will be provided as per company rules in force from time to time after absorption.

Selection Process for NTPC Limited Assistant Chemist Trainees (ACT) 2023:

Application Fee/Exam Fee for NTPC Limited Assistant Chemist Trainees (ACT): General/EWS/OBC category candidates are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 300/-. SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates are exempted from paying the registration fee. The fee can be paid online or offline.

Payment in offline mode: State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee in a specially opened account. Candidates need to approach the nearby SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” available on the application registration portal.

Payment in online mode: Candidates can make the payment online through Net banking/Debit Card (Rupay debit cards Only)/Credit Card. The online payment option will be available on the website. The candidate is required to make the payment before proceeding with the online application.
