Responsibility

Responsible for preparing draft documents related to board meetings

Development of draft documents related to general meetings of Phone Pe .

Prepare draft documents for submission to Registrar of Companies and Reserve Bank of India.

Have excellent written and verbal communication

Have good academic ability

Working from Monday to Friday.

Candidate must complete all CS modules and will be responsible for preparing draft documents related to Board meetings and General meetings of PhonePe entities as well as submissions. to the Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank of India. Internship period – 12 or 24 months
