Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the PNB Apprentice program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: As on June 30th, 2024, you must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: As on June 30th, 2024, your age must fall between 20 and 28 years. However, there are age relaxations for certain categories:
  • SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
  • OBC Candidates: 3 years
  • PwBD Candidates: 10 years
  • Widows, divorced women, and women legally separated from their husbands (not remarried): Up to 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC, and 40 years for SC/ST.

Stipend:

The program offers a competitive stipend based on the location of your apprenticeship:

• Rural/ Semi-Urban Areas: Rs. 10,000/- per month
• Urban Areas: Rs. 12,000/- per month
• Metro Cities: Rs. 15,000/- per month

Selection Process:

The selection process for PNB Apprentices will involve two stages:

1. Online Written Examination: This computer-based test will assess your knowledge and skills relevant to the banking sector.
2. Certificate Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of their original educational certificates and other documents.
